The Cool Corridors Project feature class is created to display and track the planned, scheduled, and completed projects for the program. The Cool Corridors project has been implemented as part of the City of Phoenix' Climate Action Plan Framework. The project is intended to provide natural, shaded pathways throughout the city to mitigate heat during the hotter months. The data is symbolized by "Completed" projects, with the amount of trees planted, or the phase of the project location, either "Planned" or "Scheduled." Each polygon represents an area of planted, shade trees. |
