This layer compiles the history of all signalized intersections that have appeared on any of the three City of Phoenix High Injury Network evaluations (2021, 2024, and 2026). Each intersection is attributed with the most recent HIN version on which it appeared and the total number of versions, out of three, on which it was included, allowing intersections identified only once to be distinguished from those that have consistently ranked among the highest-risk locations.
