The <\/span><a href='http://justicecourts.maricopa.gov/' target='_blank' style='text-decoration:underline;'><span>Maricopa County Justice Courts<\/span><\/a><span> (MCJC) originally provides this data as a spreadsheet which lists all eviction filings within Maricopa County. Currently this map service reflects eviction filings in the Phoenix city limits as of August 2025 and should be regularly updated as MCJC updates their eviction filing reports. This map service is intended for use by City of Phoenix departments to view the locations of eviction filings, and also assess the number of eviction filings across council districts, census tracts, and ZIP code boundaries.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>",
