This dataset is a copy of the authoritative Council Districts feature class, with an additional column indicating the number of eviction filings within each district. The number of eviction filings is carried over from the Eviction Filings point feature class, which consists of the geocoded addresses of defendants in eviction filings within the Phoenix city limits. The <\/SPAN><A href=\"http://justicecourts.maricopa.gov/\" target=\"_blank\" STYLE=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><SPAN>Maricopa County Justice Courts<\/SPAN><\/A><SPAN> (MCJC) originally provides this data as a spreadsheet which lists all eviction filings within Maricopa County. Currently this feature class reflects eviction filings in the Phoenix city limits as of November 2025 and should be regularly updated as MCJC updates their eviction filing reports.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
